ENVSN x Adidas:
Empowering Future Leaders

ENVSN x Adidas is a dynamic collaboration between ENVSN, a multidimensional community dedicated to the professional and personal development of Gen Z and Millennial BIPOC women, and Adidas Community. This project focuses on creating robust, interactive female-driven networks to support and nurture the next generation of achievers.

The main goal of ENVSN x Adidas is to provide greater access to opportunities and resources for BIPOC women. By leveraging the strengths of both ENVSN and Adidas Community, this project aims to empower young women, helping them to achieve their professional and personal goals.

My Contribution

As the Art Director for Do What You Love Productions (DWYLP) on the ENVSN x Adidas project, I defined and executed the visual and experiential aspects of the initiative. I established a cohesive brand identity that resonated with Gen Z and Millennial BIPOC women, creating digital, print, and experiential designs, as well as comprehensive pitch decks for budget and style approval.

I conceptualized and designed the event buildout and environmental design for all locations, crafting immersive environments that enriched the attendee experience. This involved adapting designs to fit the unique characteristics of various cities across the NAM Market and overseeing implementation to ensure flawless execution.

The result was a consistent and compelling brand experience that significantly boosted participant engagement and satisfaction. My work increased the project's visibility and impact, supporting its mission to empower BIPOC women through professional and personal development opportunities.

In summary, my contributions ensured the ENVSN x Adidas project was visually stunning and impactful, effectively engaging our target audience and aligning with the project's goals.
